The show was hosted by Dean Haglund, who started out with a comedy routine,
getting one of the audience members to supply sound effects for a typical XF
show "teaser.".

The first guests were the "two Moms", Rebecca Toolan (Ma Mulder) and Sheila
Larken (Ma Scully). Rebecca Toolan said that when she was acting with DD,
she had "real maternal feelings" for her on-screen son. Interestingly, her
real son lives in the same part of town as DD and met him at the Kitsilano
Starbucks, introducing himself as the real "baby Mulder". DD (who didn't
know RT's son) looked at him as if he was a crazed fan. She said she had
suggested the name Elizabeth Christine for her character. Sheila Larken was
asked how she could be stable considering the emotional turmoil her
character has gone through. She said "I have a normal life" and "Margaret
Scully has faith." She said that the writers in this show certainly like to
"knock off fathers."

Next were the Lone Gunmen. Tom Braidwood asked the audience which of the
three they would like to take to dinner. (Byers won.) When asked about his
personal feelings for GA, TB said "You don't know what [Dean Haglund] thinks
about her." TB said that GA was "terrific." Someone asked Bruce Harwood (a
Vancouver native) what he thinks of the weather. He said "I like it." The
final question to the Gunmen was whether they had any computer knowledge. TB
said "they explain it to us." DH mentioned his own Web site
(http://www.deanx.com/), saying he is about three months behind in replying
to his e-mail.

Next up was Chris Owens. He answered questions about his character rather
ambiguously, saying "I don't have a clue what's going on." He said when he
first met William B. Davis during the "Musings of CSM" episode, Davis told
him, "You don't actually smoke those things and you're not tall enough."
When someone asked him if he liked peanut butter sandwiches, he said, "I'm
an actor, I live off peanut butter sandwiches and macaroni." As to whether
he was the only choice for the role, he said he got the part because of his
resemblance to Spender. When his "biggest fan" in the audience asked what
his favorite color, he looked at his shirt and said "blue." Dean Haglund
said "my favorite color is plaid."

Nick Lea arrived, and was given flowers by a female member of the audience
whom he kissed. He said "my heart is beating like a rabbit." He talked about
wearing a prosthetic for the scenes where the goopy oil came out of his
face. When asked if he enjoyed playing an evil character, he replied, "I
don't really consider this character 'bad'. He's a survivalist. I try to
bring moments of humanity..." (here the audience laughed, to which he said,
"Yeah, laugh!") He continued: "Nobody's purely bad" and described his
character as "an unusual person in unusual circumstances." When asked about
the infamous kiss between himself and Mulder, NL said they had to do it
about 17 times because he and DD were laughing so hard. NL said that he has
auditioned for the part in NYPD Blue soon to be vacated by Jimmy Smits (!)
and that the part in the Al Pacino film "didn't happen." He will be
appearing on the show when it moves to L.A. He said he doesn't speak Russian
which he finds a "difficult" language. (He added, "I don't speak English
that well.") He ended by speaking of DD (who was filming and couldn't be
there), describing him as "a misunderstood individual" with "a big heart",
"a warm caring guy" who "loves this city."

Megan Leitch made a brief appearance drawing a ticket for one of the prizes,
saying that during the 100th episode party, Chris Carter had a bit too much
to drink and revealed that her character will be making more appearances.

Following intermission, Bill Davis gave his theories about why CSM is a
better person than Mulder). When he asked "What does Mulder want?" someone
in the audience called out "Scully." WBD replied, "I wish it was so simple."
He asked "Is Mulder rational?" saying that if Mulder went on Larry King,
there would be panic which made the scenes in Independence Day look like
peanuts. He described Mulder as "a chicken-livered pup." When asked to
compare himself with Mulder in terms of "style", WBD said, "We don't have to
say anything more." He said CSM doesn't need a flashlight -- he lives in the
dark with all that smoke. He said "I think Mulder's a virgin," that after
five years you would expect Mulder to make a pass at Scully ... not
necessarily shutting the door and making "a Presidential pass." He
speculated that CSM could be The Lone Gunmen's father since he was "a good
breeder." When someone shouted, "Mulder's hot," WBD said, this was because
of the "lighting and the music." He said that with the move to L.A., the
show will have a different look. CSM will come out of the shadows and will
be bathed in "a warm pink light." Scully will be lit from the floor. Mulder
and Scully together will be shrouded in gloom and doom. When CSM appears
"there will be harp music" and he will blow smoke rings to make a "halo
around my head."

Mitch Pileggi came out dressed informally wearing new size 13 runners. DH
said that Skinner and the Gunmen finally have a scene together in the movie.
MP said "which movie?" and DH mentioned Red Hot Video (a local porno
video store). MP praised the Vancouver crew, saying they would be hard to
match in L.A. (and he didn't care if the people in L.A. heard this). He said
his character has respect for both Mulder and Scully, but doesn't
necessarily agree with their methods. MP said that unlike DD, who can deal
with dialog very quickly, he has to "agonize" over scripts. MP and DH did a
comedy routine (which they first did in Chicago) where they had a scene in
Skinner's office, where the audience prompts them to switching accents to
different nationalities. MP helped DH draw another prize ticket during which
DH spilled tickets all over the floor!

Bill Davis returned, and discussed with DH the fact that he never had a
scene together with Scully. They said that Scully's worst nightmare would be
having an affair with CSM! He demonstrated water skiing techniques (WBD is a
waterskiing champ.) DH asked if we would be seeing WBD in a Speedo in an
upcoming episode.

Gillian Anderson finally arrived to the delight of fans. She said, "I'm not
funny," to which WBD replied, "You look funny." He then did his water skiing
moves for her again. A question from the audience asked about GA's dog,
which recently had surgery (the dog will accompany her to L.A.). DH said
"the dog is out doing personal appearances." When asked what she will miss
the most in Vancouver, GA replied, "the rain." When GA wondered how DH could
be heard without a mike (he had one taped to his shirt), WBD said that DH
studied at the William Davis Acting School to learn this special technique.
A phone was heard ringing backstage, and someone in the audience said, "It's
Mulder." GA said, "I doubt it." Someone asked GA what was her first contact
with the acting world, she said she auditioned for a play like Alice in
Wonderland when she was age 12. When DH asked if her motivation for doing
this was that her boyfriend was playing Peter Rabbit, she said ">that's<
funny." GA said that the biggest change in her life was "becoming a mother."
Someone asked if it was GA's idea to have a daughter on the show ("Emily").
She said that CC wanted her real daughter Piper to play the role, but she
decided this was "not appropriate." But ... when Piper saw the little girl
playing her daughter on the show, she came up to GA and said, "Mommy, I want
to work with you." (The audience went "awwww"...) GA said her "most fun
episode" was Humbug. She started to talk about the weird characters she met
during the show, but things got a bit out of hand when she started to
describe some of the things that Jim Rose was doing. Someone in the audience
named "Robert the Stalker" asked what was her favorite Vancouver hangout.
She said "I don't hang out," but mentioned a couple of concerts she had been
to. Someone else asked her whether Scully will tell Mulder where to go
considering how many times he has ditched her, she said "I hope so." The
stock phrase "Where you going?" was finally eliminated from episodes at GA's
request. Her favorite ice cream is "anything with chocolate in it." She said
in the episode where she was in a coma, she was appalled at how her breasts
were blocking her face. GA brought down the house when she said that if she
could write an episode where Scully could do something new it would be "get
laid."

By this time Bob Goodwin had arrived on stage, and he spoke of difficulties
in directing his wife Sheila Larken in the XF. He said in one very serious
scene she came up with an "oy vey" gesture which caused a minor dispute.
Someone asked what kitchen appliance he would like to be and he said "a
trash compactor" since it was similar to the producer's job. Another
question was "if you could be on a spaceship leaving earth and take five
people with you, who would they be?" He replied, "The Spice Girls." Goodwin
is directing the season finale, and says that the bad guys from the finale
will appear in the XF movie.

Chris Carter was the last guest. When someone brought up the wedding ring in
Traveller's, GA seemed very shocked -- she didn't know about this! DH said
"There goes that 'get laid' thing." Carter was asked what he does in his
leisure time after his 20 hour days are over. He said, "I don't remember."
He said that he hasn't tried snowboarding yet. Max Fenig, according to CC
"is dead ... but could come back at any time." Agent Pendrell will show up
in CC's "next series." GA interjected "in my bed." DH said "everybody who
dies shows up in Scully's bed eventually." As far as checking out the Web
and newsgroups is concerned, CC said he likes "fan fiction, especially the
really nasty stuff."

After the show ended, GA spent a >lot< of time signing stuff for fans, who
flocked to the front, as did some of the other cast members.
